TRACK MEET # 1

 
Zach has decided to run track. He will be running the mile - two mile for the season. Two weeks ago was his first meet down in Azuza. He ran the mile first thing in the morning so it was nice and cool. He started off like he thought he was sprinting the 100yds. and quickly slowed down to a normal pace. He came in last but improved his time by 1 minute, he got 6:57. We thought it was a 6:00 mile. Either way he improved his personal best, which is all that matters. He runs again this week end so I will let you know how he is doing. We weighed him the other day and he weighs 125lb with 14% body fat. Between running up to 3 miles a day and two hours of karate 3 days a week I can't keep anything in his system. must be nice is all I have to say.
