New Mommy!!!
This is what Flamanco looked like last weekend. Poor thing was so big and even her legs were swollen. Today we got that news that she is the proud mommy of a little girl that looks just like her. It's a big day at the ranch. Flamanco produced a Paint Andolusion. From what I hear the baby will be worth lots and lots of money. We're just proud of Flamanco. Everybody is doing well. Check back to see pictures of the new baby.

AIR PARK FLY IN !
On Saturday we spent the day at the Agua Dulce Airport flyin. It was cold but we had a lot of fun looking at all the different kinds of planes and watching them go crazy while they were flying. Some went super fast, some did stunts in the air, others were there just for fun. The kids big and small had a great time.
BEST CRAB APPLE FACE !
We attempted to go to the tamale festival but after waiting in line for an hour we discovered that they were only letting a few people at a time. I took a few pictures of the kids but Zach was having a day and would not smile for any of the pictures. So I had Zara show me her best crab apple face. I don't think she will be scaring anybody with that look. She better practice some. So we never made it in to the tamale festival, but we did spend a few hours at Mulligans playing games. Maybe next year they will move the festival to the fair grounds and we can try again.

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY TO ALL YOU MOMS!
Somebody sent this poem to me and it is so true I thought I would share it with everybody as a Mothers Day wish.
Before I was a Mom,
I never tripped over toys
or forgot words to a lullaby.
I didn't worry whether or not
my plants were poisonous.
I never thought about immunizations.
Before I was a Mom,
I had never been puked on.
Pooped on.
Chewed on.
Peed on.
I had complete control of my mind
and my thoughts.
I slept all night.
Before I was a Mom,
I never held down a screaming child
so doctors could do tests.
Or give shots.
I never looked into teary eyes and cried.
I never got gloriously happy over a simple grin.
I never sat up late hours at night
watching a baby sleep.
Before I was a Mom,
I never held a sleeping baby just because
I didn't want to put her down.
I never felt my heart break into a million pieces
when I couldn't stop the hurt.
I never knew that something so small
could affect my life so much.
I never knew that I could love someone so much.
I never knew I would love being a Mom.
Before I was a Mom,
I didn't know the feeling of
having my heart outside my body.
I didn't know how special it could feel
to feed a hungry baby.
I didn't know that bond
between a mother and her child.
I didn't know that something so small
could make me feel so important and happy.
Before I was a Mom,
I had never gotten up in the middle of the night
every 10 minutes to make sure all was okay.
I had never known the warmth, the joy,the love,
the heartache,the wonderment or
the satisfaction of being a Mom.
I didn't know I was capable of feeling so much,
Before I was a Mom

BEFORE AND AFTER!
SPANISH FIESTA!
Lois took us to the Spanish Fiesta horse show on Sat. It is a fundraiser for cancer research. There are live auctions, food, tons of horses, bands, dancers and so much more. These are just some of the pictures that I took. It was amazing! Horses leaping in the air, playing dead, racing around the areana, looking spectacular. One was a wild mustang that was trained in just 100 days AMAZING! Girls haning off the side of their horses. USC mascot and so much more. Zara was in Heavan! If you have the chance it is something you should see, even if you are not really into horses. It is amazing what they are trained to do.

IMAGINATION OVERLOAD!
So I was sound asleep Sunday morning, taking advantage of the sleep in time. When Zara comes into my room stands on my bed and says mama look at my tummy. I open my sleep filled eyes to see this bulge under her shirt, like she has put a ball under her shirt, but its lumpy. When I asked her what it was she pulled out one of her horses. She was pretending to be a pregnant horse. She left my room. put the horse back in and continued to be a horse. Can someone tell me when she might stop being an animal. We're going on two years now.
I forgot to say this is how she called Connor to wish him a happy birthday!
